Julia Harman is a financial services executive, board member, and civic volunteer with approximately 25 years of experience in corporate America.   She held a variety of leadership positions across several super-regional and global commercial banking organizations, including serving as EVP and Head of Corporate Banking at a Dallas-based public bank holding company with approximately $35Bn assets, as well as North Texas Regional President at a large national bank with over $500Bn assets.  

Over the span of her banking career, she developed vast experience in establishing and growing new business units and teams, formulation and execution of business strategy, and driving new client acquisition and significant revenue growth.  Through her experiences, she developed particular specialization in driving business expansion efforts for several banks looking to grow within Texas and the surrounding regions, as well as in talent attraction, team building, and talent development.  

She has also been an active civic volunteer, serving on the boards of YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation, Texas Capital Bank Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Dallas Regional Chamber, and Art House Dallas.  She has also participated in other civic organizations, including Dallas Citizens Council, Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2018, and the Stagen Academy’s Integrated Leadership Program.  She graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University.

She has been recognized for her civic and professional leadership by Dallas Business Journal as a 2019 “Women in Business” honoree and a 2018 “40 Under 40” honoree and by the Business Journals on its 2018 “Influencers:  Rising Stars” national list of 100 influential young executives.

Her purpose is to inspire others to courageously create and enjoy beautiful lives, which is why she founded Beauli in 2023.  She now serves as an executive coach, speaker and consultant and dedicates her time in the pursuit of continuous learning and development for herself and others.
